Will give 3 stars only because 1st visit was great with great pizza and customer experience with it being my 1st time so 1st... visit a 5 rating, but this recent experience rating is a complete 1 star. 5 days later went to order over the phone on Sundayand the guy who was working that Sunday afternoon giving such a good customer service. He got my information and I ordered whatI would like but was asking questions on substituting 2 toppings. In the middle of conversation he asked "Are you ordering?". Ithought he was talking to someone else, and I ask if he was referring to me and he said yes. He followed up with "I have a linestarting to form" with an irritable tone. I just told him to cancel the order. Quite interesting to ask me if I'm ordering whenI just ordered and you have my information. Bad customer service that day from this individual. Read more
