Order was placed and still in ?prep? status for an hour. The employee on the phone said the store was busy and there was nothing... he could do. He kept asking if I wanted the pizza ?hot and fresh?. Of course I do, but I want the pizza in a timely manner. Heended up hanging up on me. This is very unprofessional. I will not order a pizza from here again. I will order Papa John?s nexttime. My first experience with this store was less than pleasurable. Placed an order 3 days prior via phone for an 11am pickup. I... showed up to the store at 11 and nobody was there. The driver was patient and apologized that he did not know how to start theovens to make my order. The manager, Will, showed up shortly after and immediately started my food. I was out of there with 8pizzas within 25 minutes. Will felt bad the pizzas were not ready for the party on time, so he gave me a credit for 5 freepizzas. I make a delivery order that never came and they never call to let us know if there?s is a problem. Took one hour for me to call... the store and verify what?s going on and the pizza boy or employee kind of rude never tells me or explain what happened with myother and I ended up canceling. I ended up ordering at next door competition, Pizza Hut was way cheaper and delivery was fasterI was impressed tip the driver twice.
