Very terrible every time I have tried it... I tried to give them a benefit of the doubt but this is the last time I ever order... from them again. Everytime I order the chicken or beef it comes out really slimy and chewy. Even the fried chicken for thesesame chicken or General Tsos is such a bad meat... I honestly would go 1 mile down the road to Ministop Chinese on 41... Nomore lucky china on Cherokee St for me... I don't get his place....extra $1 convenience fee, extra $1 service fee, extra .98 credit card fee....why was my food an extra... 2.98 for you to do what you do??? FOR WHAT?? You are a to go place (as your seating is closed), why are there convenience andservice fees??? I can justify the cc fee however it should have been disclosed. Your pity fees just lost a customer! Tonight was the first time I had ever visited this restaurant. I ordered chicken with cashews nuts with extra rice. Once I got... home I created my plate while my wife was creating her plate. My wife yelled to me in a panic to come and determine if what shewas looking at was a bug. I looked at the rice and realized that it was in fact a small black bug. I was not happy so I call therestaurant and I spoke to the manage who apologize for my experience. The thing that surprised me next was what she offered asa remedy for the issue after she heard what I had experienced. Normally, I would have expected the manager to offered to payfor my entire meal but this manager merely offered to pay for only the rice ($1.95). I am a small business owner myself andthat would not have been how I would have handled the situation. At a minimum I would had offered the customer a free meal oftheir choice realizing that the customer had driven round trip to the restaurant to get a meal. The manager did not even ask meif I had planned to eat the meal or not. My wife and I were not confident that the restaurant had sanitary cooking facilities,so the meal was dumped into the garbage disposal and another dinner option had to be chosen. I would like to advise all whohave or plan to patronize this business that you are truly taking a chance with their food. I do not plan to visit thisrestaurant again. Some of the absolute nicest people work here. They make AMAZING food at a great price. I highly recommend getting the General... Tso's extra spicy bc it is perfect. Will never order from any other Chinese food places ever again. Thank you for the excellentservice and food! Read more

We ordered a Sichuan spicy chicken and sea food in spicy sauce, the dishes tasted the same. They were not spicy at all, on the... contrary on the sweeter side. The portion size was good for the money but the flavor was lacking. I had to throw away my food inthe trash, I simply couldn’t eat it. The imitation crab (which was mentioned in the menu) also tasted weird. They werepunctual and the delivery was ready for pickup as the lady taking the order mentioned. The one star is for lack of flavor/taste.I’d avoid ordering from this place again. Read more
