Everyday I come to this location after work at around 3-3:30pm. Everyday during the week there is the same girl at the... drive-thru window who is very rude. She never says anything, No Hello, how are u nothing. She also doesn?t smile she just takesthe money from u & that?s it. Today 11/4/2022, she was at the drive thru between 3-3:30 again, and I drive up and she doesn?tsay anything to me & doesn?t even tell me how much I owe her like always. Today, I was appalled when I am getting my moneytogether and she said it?s the same amount everyday the walked away. I was not sure if it was to me for sure b/c as soon as shesaid it she didn?t look at me then walked away right away. But she is very rude & unprofessional. Please she needs to get toldor fired b/c this job doesn?t seem like it?s for her. Then she asked me if I wanted the 2 pennies back so I said ?no the sameanswer as always , said Thank You & drove away. It?s the girl that?s there everyday during the week between 3-4pm. She has avery Unpleasant, Unprofessional & Unwelcoming Demeanor. And lately may coffees have made horribly, the staff at this locationuse to make them good but not anymore. Krista H. Read more
This place used to get orders wrong allot. They have vastly improved and have a very friendly staff now who actually listen to... the orders and get them correct most of the time. Food and coffee was very good! Read more
Employees were discussing their phones, after waiting a few or more minutes I went to the pick-up counter thinking they had not... seen me. I was told they knew I was there I just needed to wait, 6 employees 1 customer, I think waiting was not necessary. Iguess knowing how to use your phone is more important than a customer. Read more
I hate to give them 3 stars because usually they're on top of it, but unfortunately not only did I take the drive thru for a... late coffee around 5pm, when only one car was in line, it took atleast 10+ minutes to even order. I asked for a large icedcoffee with extra cream and sugar, and they put the entire sugar packet (paper and all) in the coffee. Idk if it was a mistakeif it was because they were having a bad day.. they seemed upset when I got up to the window (I even gave a tip to try to helpher smile).
