Food was delicious, delivered quickly & accurately, seasoned well. Staff was super friendly to a couple of weary travelers. Cons... were cleanliness, the exterior window signs needs to be replaced or taken off (they are peeling and torn). First of all, the food was excellent. Wife and I both had salads, which at most restaurants are rather pedestrian, but these... were amazing. Probably more importantly, however, was our server Cecelia (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) She was alwaysavailable, but never intrusive. Very efficient. In an atmosphere where everyone was scurrying around (they were exceedinglybusy) she was calm, cool and collected. As a restaurant manager myself, I could tell she was an excellent multi tasker. I had been waiting for an hour for a dasher on a snowy evening. I called to ask if I needed to pick up my food. They transferred... me to the manager and he check on the status. Right at that moment I received an alert that I finally got a dasher it was a busynight I'm sure and said he would have the cooks remake the food. I highly appreciate that he did that. Hops and drops has greatfood my favorite are the hamburgers. I highly recommend they always have the best service even when I go in to theestablishment. Thanks again to the manager. Read more
