Older place that?s been updated a bit, but still has the charm. Full bar, basic menu and live music.
The food was a little pricey but it was great. I had the Hamburger Steak with grilled onions and mashed potatoes and a salad.... The salad doesn't usually go with it, it comes with green beans. I'm not a green bean person so I asked if I could get a salad.The salad was wonderful. The service was great we went for my nieces birthday. I will definitely go back again!!!! Read more
This was my first time and definitely won?t be my last! What a fun place sitting off a Hwy in little Kenny TX. This place has... some history for sure. Love that a lot of the original building is still original, the bar, down to the floors. The addition outback is amazing for outside live music. Plenty of tables. Bathrooms are easy access. The food was great. Cheese sticks were likeegg rolls loved them ! Staff was friendly and attentive. The band we saw was Daniel Holmes and wow what a performance. He wasgreat ! The music was like a country southern rock. So much talent on the stage. He comes back we will be there! Everyone lovedit, dancing , singing . Great place to go sit and have a cold drink. A piece of paradise off the beaten path. Exceptional service from a great crew on a busy night. I did not have my jeans and... sh*tkickers on so I missed the barn dance, but the steak and drinks were worth the drive. It's sad to see this place go after coming here for years and making a 40 minutedrive to this place with my family. Will not be coming back. Kids no longer have a choice of getting chicken strips.
