For a McDonald's on the experts way service here is always bad! They tell you they are understaffed so use the kiosk to place... your order. I literally did a mobile order as eat in wanted to pay cash and other people got there food first. Not fair I getpenalized every time I use the app and want to pay cash. Read more
Came here yesterday for lunch. I ordered 3 meals. The burger in the happy meal was black and burnt my daughter wouldn?t even eat... it. My other two burger meals were fine. Unprofessional. My boyfriend and I got breakfast early this morning before work. We told drive-thru we had a mobile order. Two... people spoke at the same time over each other. Once they figured out who was going to be helping us, the man saw our mobileorder and made fun of my boyfriend?s last name, trying to pronounce it but laughing mid way saying he wasn?t even going to try,we heard other co-workers laughing in the background. We were the only ones in the drive-thru and it took them ten minutes togive us our food while they laughed and told stories with the drive-thru window wide opened. To say the least.
