Awful I always like to get personal pizza 2 months ago manager said he had no employees came back 2 weeks ago I can see the... slouch boss sitting in lobby area wouldn't even answer the door. I guess he doesn't need my 6.00. Sale, but he must treat hisemployes like garbage because he certainly does with his customers. It's only a matter of time before this location closes. Ordered from here and waited two hours. Tried calling and got no answer. Called the line for a new order and someone answered,... then transferred me to the store with no answer. Turns out the order was canceled with no word. The tracker stayed on "makingyour order." Hung up when I was asked if I wanted to place an order. Ordered from Toppers instead. Next time you want to orderfrom Pizza Hut, go to Toppers and save yourself the headache. Read more
Been going to this pizza hut for about 25 years. Hasn't been the same since Coleen and that really tall young guy left. The... managers are short, rude, and just plain don't care. Food quality has gone down considerably. Orders are late more often thannot I will be finding a new pizza spot. Read more
Ordered pizza from there last night and after waiting 2 hours they apologized and said they were not going to deliver pizza... because something got messed up and they were closing but would give me a $30 dollar credit. I never received credit and now i?mrandomly outside delivery area. I will be sticking to papa johns. Read more

If you plan on paying cash, order for pickup. I've never had any issues with this location because I normally do pickup but last... week my mom placed an order online for delivery. They said it would arrive around 8:25. By 8:40 we decided to call, the linekept going busy when I clicked the prompt to speak with someone in the store, I ended up just clicking the prompt saying Iwanted to make an order and someone answered but said they were at the call center. We only live about 5 minutes away so myfiance drove to the store to see if they were even open to get some excuse from the workers that they tried calling my mom tocollect credit card information because the delivery would be going through doordash and my mom never answered so they cancelledthe order.. My mom never had any calls from the store. Aside from that, i've been going to this location since I moved to thesouthside of town and I don't ever have any problems just bizarre that they have a call center taking their calls and doordashmaking their deliveries.
