Customer service wasn't friendly and my order was wrong. Immediately returned. Employee excuse was my whip cream must have... melted. I have been posting this longer than it took to return with the incorrect order. No apology fror the inconvenience. Stopped this morning about 8am. Waited while the male worker finished taking care of the person in front of me. When he finished... he finally took my order for a single drink and then he proceeded to take orders for 4 more people in line behind me. He thenwent on to prep and make sandwiches before he ever started my drink. I waited at least 15 minutes for him to finish my drinkwhich was supposed to be easy ice only to receive it with extra ice(the cup was packed full of ice) in it. I stated it wassuppose to be easy ice and he says it is. Not sure how he could even think it was. When I got home like 5 minutes later Iremoved most of the ice and was left with less than a quarter of a glass of liquid that still had ice in. This is not the firsttime this has happened and I was trying to be considerate to all the people behind me and if I didn't need to get back home Iwould have demanded that he remake it.
