Been going here for 19 years and back in the day this was the best place around but over the last 5 years they?ve been declining... in taste and quantity extremely fast. I made a complaint to the manager or owner about how small the servings have gotten andthe prices keep going up and she advised me to order my burritos and tacos with extra meat/beans. Well today my family decidedwe wanted to give this place one last chance and we ordered them the way we were told and over the phone the woman who took ourorder laughed when I asked for extra beans/meat and when I payed for my order she laughed in my face. The little burrito you seein the picture cost me $4. The wrapped tacos have no beans at all. Taco Bell taste nearly the same at this point and theportions are the same while they cost half as much. Terrible customer service, employees looked miserable and high as a kite. Cooks smoking in the back. Got chips and my food which... was over priced with no utensils no salsa option. Didn?t give me an option for Mexican or America style chicken tacos for my togo order she didn?t put in until I was done eating. Beyond backwards establishment. Got three of the # 4 Beef Chimichanga without the ground Beef. It comes with the ground beef and the pot roast type of beef. My... family just prefer not to have ground beef that's for regular tacos in our family at an American Mexican restaurant not at anAuthentic Mexican restaurant. If we get tacos we prefer Steak or Pork with cilantro and cebollas. But our burritos Steak all theway. And don't get me started with enchiladas we prefer Chicken in green or red sauce!
