Absolutely the WORST service I’ve EVER received! Georgie your waitress (if that’s her real name) is horribly rude & spoke to... us In the most condescending manner. Upon arrival she made it clear she did NOT want to serve our party of 11 so because of hertone and lack of interest in seating & serving us we asked the bartender Andrew if we could sit in his section and be served byhim and he happily sat us and made us feel a bit more welcomed however we could not get over the treatment experienced uponarrival. I was extremely excited to bring my coworkers here for our monthly staff meeting that we have at various localrestaurants. I tried to enjoy the company of my coworkers however we felt uncomfortable and rushed through our meeting becauseof the lack of good service. The food & drinks were just OKAY nothing to brag about. Also management is a joke (Tiffany) when Iasked to speak with her she sends her business card out to me and tells Andrew to have me call her regarding my concerns. Ifthis is the type of service you all continue to give, your restaurant will continue to remain EMPTY as it was tonight. Read more

I've never been here but I just saw the Downtown Kenosha magazine and I'm wondering who thought it was a good idea to let the... bartender Tori represent this business with those long fake nails in the picture. My only thought after seeing that picture was'I wonder what extra flavors get added to the drinks when she's working' Whoever the manager is obviously didn't take the servesafe course or simply doesn't care. Took my wife here for an anniversary brunch. Beautiful building interior and restaurant atmosphere. The ice water had an... unfortunate bad after-taste though. I was fine with the food. Me and my wife weren't impressed by the service though (despitehow slow it was at the time). Had the potential to "wow" us, but didn't succeed. Read more

When entering for dinner the door was locked and we had to enter by the hotel lobby and walked through the breakfast areas. Not... a big deal but not welcoming. Then I noticed a large cart of half eaten food and dirty dishes which was from one of the smallerevent spaces. Again not horrible, but not appetizing. The bar was nice, but the eating space was nothing special and it feltlike a hotel. Plus the entire time we were eating people from the wedding upstairs or small party kept coming in and thenleaving. There was also no music playing, everyone could hear our conversation. Drinks were small, expensive and unremarkable. We had a bloody mary, maple old fashioned and strawberry refresher. Dinner was also expensive, for such lack luster food.Everything is a la cart. Thats fine but if you do that I expect amazing sides. That us not the case here. We all had a wedgesalad. The dressing choices were ranch or vinaigrette. Not sure who serves wedge salads without blue cheese especially inWisconsin. We did enjoy the crispy onions on top. The salmon that arrived was overcooked and had a thick skin on it. The saucewas all over the plate, horrible presentation. The smashed potatoes were gritty and we were unable to eat. The vegetable of theday was asparagus and all off the woody part of the asparagus was used didn’t eat. Lasagna and Bucatini were unremarkable andbland. Service like the food was below par. Our water glasses were not filled until two minutes before we left. I left a fullplate of my bucatini and was not asked why. We sat with empty plates for 15 minutes, I think we were checked on once. My mothercommented oh I thought he left. I felt horrible that I suggested this place to my family and it was horrible. Plus the pricesare outrageous for the quality of food, drinks, and level of service. At the end of the meal I was go to talk to the hostess, but none was present at the desk. I think they should stick to catering vs restaurant service, hopefully that is Read more

Sunday brunch was perfection! Inventive selection on the buffet, from shrimp to scrambled eggs, breakfast pizza, prime rib... benny, and omelets made to order. Don't forget the bottomless mimosas. Service friendly with just the right amount of attention.Highly recommend. Parking is free in the garage across the street. Space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Read more
