I love coming here, but they like setting their own hours. They don't go by the schedule on the door.
ITS A HIT OR MISS AT THIS PLACE. ONE TIME IT FRESH AND GOOD. NEXT TIME THE FOOD IS COLD OLD AND NASTY. HEART BURN CITY.
I had a door dash order and only two of the 4 items were delivered. I called the store to ask if they were even made just to see... if the driver forgot a bag or if the driver kept it or whatever the situation was. They wouldn?t give me an answer and made itseem as though they just did not want to make the food as it was closer to closing time but the order was already on the way tobe delivered by 9:50. I would give zero because that's what this place deserves I ordered two six piece chicken tender boxes large with large drinks... and my chicken tenders were burnt their fries were soggy and there was no toast I called the manager Mason the top manager as hecalled himself and explain to him what happened he said if I didn't have a receipt there's nothing they can do I told Mason thatthe girl did not give me my receipt because I paid cash he argued with me on the phone very unprofessional guy told me thatcustomers are not always right and if I was too worried about a receipt I should have asked for one so I'm out almost $25because he wouldn't want to help me or replace my food because I didn't have a receipt told him to write my name my phone numberdown and give it to the owner of the place he said he won't be doing that what great customer service this place should be shutdown for good and by some of the reviews obviously they're not listening to the customers or fans and always want to give them asecond chance not going to happen "SHUT THEM DOWN"!!!!!!
