In a huge hurry to get to an event after loosening track and time, blood sugar levels were running low, stopped at Arby's... ordered a roast beef sandwich, when I got it the bread bun was completely overpowering with flower, which got all over myoutfit, not to mention discussing! I can't really say anything about the atmosphere, I went through the drive-through. The service was excellent, very polite and... friendly. I was told there would be a delay in my order, which is fine, things happen. The chicken strips were outstanding,piping hot, but the fries were cold. This seems to be a continual symptom at this Arby's, cold fries. My sandwich was hot, butI can't give it a rating of over three stars when both fry orders were cold. Read more
