Whatever you do don't order from this place through door dash. This experience was in no way the dashers fault. So our original... order was for four different items. Baskin Robbins substituted am item without asking us and gave us something we would neverorder because we don't like it. On top of that they have the dasher a sealed bag (which is good) but it was missing one of theitems as well. So we got on with dasher support and they refunded us so we could reorder our missing and wrong item..... Soorder #2. The original item that was substituted without permission is being shipped with the other item that was missing....But the missing item was being substituted by Baskin Robbins for something of their choosing. Very disappointed. If you need tosubstitute something let the dasher know. They can get a hold of the customer to find out what substitutions are acceptable, notjust a random thing BR says you're going to get wether you like it or not.. Read more
