Sorry Chuck E nothing personal just being honest. I've been a Big Fan since 97". Plus been coming to this location Kent atleast... 4xtimes a year. My granddaughter had fun but she wasn't happy today. We left with early due to lack of games not working. 75% ofgames didn't work on a Wednesday evening smh. No daily Chuck E onsite for Bday girl either. It breaks her heart because she seesthe commercials, the flyers in our mail, and when we come it's always something wrong or broken or no Chuck E on site. Salad barneeds new lay out and new location and more options besides what you see. It's 2022 now. This location needs new everything.Prizes for kids are way over marked plus needs better choices like Family Fun Ctr. Sorry again Chuck E. Thx for memories.
