I love the baristas that work during the week around 6-6:30am. They?re so nice and fun to chat with for a sec. I come here after... the gym and get a non-fat sugar-free white mocha. They use a powdered white chocolate (for both the sugar and sugar-freeoptions) and it makes all the difference. White chocolate syrup (not sauce) is awful lol. I see complaints about the pricing andthe wait at times and to that I say, #1 support small businesses, which often, charge a bit more than chains. #2 Starbucksliterally presses buttons to make your coffee now. They don?t steam the milk or run the espresso shots themselves.. smallerstands that aren?t giant chains, actually grind the beans for each espresso drink and sometimes multiple times per drink ifyou?re getting a drink that?s larger than 16oz or more than 2 shots (they come out in 2 shots only at a time), they tamp thefreshly ground beans, add the flavor to your cup, run the espresso shots, while simultaneously pouring your milk choice in thetin if it?s a hot drink, steaming it, and then combining it all for you for a delicious drink. Starbucks literally does NOT dothose things. That?s why they are able to get your drink in 1 min flat. They add ur flavor to your cup and literally pushautomated buttons. So if you didn?t allow yourself enough time before work or whatever to wait a few extra minutes then go toStarbucks down the street for your burnt tasting and fast food style drink ??????????? and Starbucks charges just as much, ifnot more, than this stand. Support local businesses. OH! And FFS, remember to tip your baristas! They don?t make the prices soDONT take it out on them if that?s your issue ???? I always went here before work. The coffee is good, staff is sweet and they always try making new recipes & drinks! ????????
One star because the barista was nice and apologized for the wait. I pulled up and it took about 10 minutes for her to complete... the two drink order of the person in front of me. Someone pulled up on the other side of the stand so she took her order first,cool whatever. It took her roughly 12 minutes to make two drink for her. At this point I?ve been waiting close to 25 minutes. Iordered an iced white chocolate mocha with caramel and a hot white chocolate mocha with caramel and the free kids hotchocolate. We arrived 10 mins before closure. The girl at the counter did not listen to the full order. Started the order immediately after... I started speaking. Had to interrupt to add steamed milk. We ordered a cappuccino and steamed milk. The milk in both waslukewarm. When my wife asked to reheat, she simply added more milk, which diluted the coffee. Very poor experience and coffee. Read more

I just saw how these girls treated their delivery driver. She told them she was waiting for a package that had to be signed for... they kept her waiting for 10 minutes. I will never come here again. Then they told her to leave the package despite thedirections not to leave it. Wanted to let the owner know this is a poor practice and treating people this way will not betolerated by any customer that observes the behavior they should be disgusted. Previously I had written These Barista girls arethe best in the world. Only a Washingtonian can order a 20 oz iced milk with a splash of breve mocha light mocha with heavypeppermint or a Snickers with peanut butter syrup oat milk and a splash of breve and expect that the coffee Booth will get itright unless you come to a place like this.
