It's been a while since I've been to Saigon Soul, and it seems like the restaurant got upgraded. It's beautiful on the inside,... with the vaulted ceiling and a giant chandelier right in the middle. As soon as the wife and I opened the door, the waiternamed Quyen greeted us and said, "welcome - seat wherever you like." The staff makes you feel welcome in the restaurant. Stevenis our server; he is terrific! Very polite and provides good recommendations on the dish. I love this place and have alreadyrecommended family members to come here. You'll love it here. It used to be my goto place for Pho but after COVID-19 and the accident, I think the owner is changed. Both dish, rice dishes... were terrible. Meat wasn't seasoned enough and rice wasn't fresh enough. Too bad. Read more
My friend and I have fairly strict diets. I figured we could go walking at Clark Lake and then eat, around 11ish. We did that,... and then ordered per the menu. No speaku- Vietnamese. We had Shrimp and pork belly rolls; then he had a big salad with meat; andI had angel haired pasta with beef. The real bottom line is that the meals were healthy and nutritional.
