I am a regular Starbucks customer I don't even want to know the amount I spend within a month let alone a year However this In... particular location Was terrible service Waited 20 minutes past the time drink was ready Is sandwich and drink were cold Or atleast Barely holding any heat. Might want to update the app and Google For I walked about 2 miles One way to get to ThatStarbucks location ordered my normal Drink and sandwich But was unable to get them Like the app Suggested I walk to the entryway and that would be brought to me........ After 10 minutes passed still no order and no contact made from the workers withinthe store I decided to approach the drive-through on Foot While customers were driving to the window awkward And uncomfortablefor both parties I assume Probably all 3 parties including The staff Although they were friendly and had smiles And I'm sure howdo I have driven a car Everything would have been perfect however however unfortunately it was too late and I could not go backAnd that being a waste of a 4 mile hike And a waste of funds and time.
