I wish their was sweeter but all in all, it's nice being able to get coffee and doughnuts on the weekends with my boyfriend.
I have never had any issues here until I was refused service by a woman named Kaylee. I waited at the cashier with my 1 year old... son on the right cashier for her to finish the order before me. Once she was finished, she took another woman?s order who cameat least minutes after me on the left cashier. After patiently waiting, she put a ?On Break? sign on the window front of me. Itold her I was waiting after she took the woman?s order who arrived after me. I did not say anything else. She told me shecannot service me because of my attitude then helped another customer after me. I did not have an attitude. I believe she hasdiscrimination against people of color and/or single parents with a baby. I made a complaint to the Safeway manager with hopesit will reach the Starbucks manager here. As long as this woman Kaylee is working here, I would not recommend spending a dollarat this place. I wanted to order some cold milk for my son, so that he could be calm when I was shopping at Safeway but wasunable to so due to Kaylee?s unacceptable customer service and discriminatory behavior. This particular Starbucks store is located inside the Safeway Store located at 210 Washington Ave in Kent WA. I found that the... servers were pleasant when I made my order for both breakfast sandwiches and coffee beverages. I used the Starbucks phone app topurchase my order and the order taker scanned my saved Starbucks Cards. No hassle, no fuss, no problems. I waited for my orderto be completed, which took approximately 5 minutes. The food and beverages were absolutely perfect and my wife and I enjoyed itimmensely. Read more
