I've been thru here 3 times and the orders have been wrong every time. Foods not that great barely warm and kinda soggy...
I go there for lunch a couple of times a week and if there is more than 6 cars ahead of you the drive through takes about 10-15... mins and that's regular around lunch time. There is rarely staff available for in house seating as well. They only ever have 1window open... Again because of staffing. Last year it was a constant 5-6 min wait time. Being next to Amazon you would think that you would want to have enough coverage to serve everyone in a quick manner. Even with... todays technology, your still having a hard time keeping up. We only get a 30 minute lunch so closing your lobby is poorservice. I ordered a baconator double plain and baconator fries from this location via Uber eats tonight because I?m an over the road... truck driver and am in town for a rest break and I have acid reflux issues and am allergic to mayonnaise I tried calling thelocation 4 times and they never answered to try to get something done about this I ordered my food so I could eat my foodunfortunately they put mayonnaise and ketchup on the burger and now I paid counting the Uber delivery fee $15 and some changefor fries because I can?t eat the burger the crew at this store are crooks that apparently don?t care about dietary restrictionsor food allergies luckily I noticed something was wrong when I took the first bite I will be calling Wendy?s Corprate and Uberin the morning since this location doesn?t know how to operate a phone Read more
