Usually pretty pleased with this location. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way instead of going to Ravenna, 5 miles down the... road. But never again. Got there for pickup, Tried to simply ask a question and was constantly interrupted before I could evenget my question out. It was about a military discount FOR NEXT TIME since They won't even give it to you with an onlineorder. They forgot part of the order. Said it only takes like 2 min to make the bread. 40 min later I'm still sittingthere. They blamed it on being swamped, but it's just nasty attitudes. Pizza was missing toppings and they didn't give me any ofthe sauce I paid for. And of course I was fuming and didn't check my food before I left... especially since she said the sauceswere in the boxes. $40 for whats in the photos.. Read more
Went to try to go in and eat. Thought it would not take as long. Even the server said they were fast. Over promise and under... deliver. Also, possible employee kids in dining room using profanity loudly while playing on their computer.
