I think Domino's is pretty good, but taste is subjective. I ordered for pickup, it was ready in 10 minutes, and it was hot and... fresh. The only negative is that the slices were not cut all the way through, so when I would pull out a slice, it would rip inhalf if I wasn't extra careful. I saw other reviews stating the same thing over a long period of time, so either they don't carethat their knives are dull, or maybe they are forced to use dull knives because, you know, safety first. I have a pizza knife,so next time I will have to remember to give it a quick once-over. Read more
Our order was stuck at ?reviewing your order? for almost an hour, so I called just to ask if there was any update on when the... order might be out for delivery. Before I could even get out a hello, the person who answered the phone immediately said ?Yourorder is about to be delivered.? And hung up. It was super weird and unprofessional, never had anything like that happen before.I understand being short staffed because I also work in customer service, but it?s not like I was even being difficult or rudeto them in any way. I ordered from this place often. Anytime I order and the pizza maker is David, I know for a fact that it is going to be nasty... every time he makes the pizza he always sends out old Pizza. Never fresh. This time I actually got sick and instead of tastingpizza sauce I actually tasted buffalo sauce. it's weird and it's disgusting and something needs to be done. Got my crunchy thin crust feta and spinach pizza made with tomato sauce instead of creamy cheesy white sauce and no feta at all... . Spinach was put on top of the mozzarela cheese so it can properly get to ashes in the oven which it did , instead of puttingthe cheese on top of the spinach so it can melt and crustify . Horrible customer service. Have been ordering from this store for 10 years straight for my work. Never had a complaint to about... a month ago. Pizza was delivered folded in half and toppings were stuck to the box. Call store got told it got credited to myaccount call up there to see if they can redeem themselves with me.
