We were limited on time since we were on our way to the Grand Rapids airport for a night flight (we had set aside an hour for a... pizza prior to our flight) and chose Peppino's. But when we arrived, the parking lot was overflowing with customers' cars. Wewent inside anyway and asked our server how long a pizza might take. She said she could deliver it in about 15 minutes,regardless of the apparent crowd. So, we stayed. She delivered on time as promised, so our timing for our flight was perfect. Great pizza too! I gave this place five stars, however I will say that it is a little bit annoying when I go here because I can never decide what... I want because ALL OF IT IS SO GOOD!! Lol....jokes aside, this place has been a staple for me and my wife. Been going here for 5years and not once have I ever had bad food or a bad experience. There's something on the menu that is delicious no matter whatyou're in the mood for. Love this place!! Read more

The hostess working on Saturday, October 29th, at 9:00pm, was very rude to me and my boyfriend. We didn?t catch her name but she... had brown hair, glasses, and a blue shirt with a black long sleeve on under. When my boyfriend asked for some ranch when we werepicking up our order, she responded in a snarky and rude way, ?you should probably ask next time before you put your card in?. Asimple ?no? or ?that would be an extra charge? would have been no problem at all. We did not appreciate this treatment forsimply asking for ranch. This is no way to treat customers and she needs to be taught to have decent manners, especially forsomeone working at a restaurant. Read more
