My first time ever ordering at this Popeyes and the food tasted really great. My only complaint was after waiting almost 15... minutes in the drive thru before getting to order- we received another person's order when we finally got to the pickup window.I always check my food before leaving so that's how I realized the mistake. We had to then parked in front of the buildingwaiting for almost 30 minutes before an employee finally brought out our correct order to us (chicken wasn't ready, they said).Checked my food and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the tiny packet of fries- there was hardly any fries in the bag (about10-11 fries) and I paid $3.29 for that? Unacceptable. It was smaller than a typical small fries at any other restaurant. Afterall that waiting I was so disappointed. I ordered beignets with my meal. I ordered everything online. My order wasn't even close to being done when I went to pick it... up. The employee that was packing my order said that the beignets weren't ready yet and went to the back room. He finallybrought them around to me and gave me my order. After eating our meal we decided to have a beignet and found that they weretotally covered in salt. Yes that is correct they were totally covered in salt. I didn't realize that they were covered in saltinstead of sugar until I took a big bite of them. It was disgusting. I called the manager she said she was sorry to hear thatand offered to replace them with a larger order but I had to come in yet that night to pick them up. I told her that I wasreally busy could I pick them up another night and she said no that it had to be done the same night but she would have themready when I would come to pick them up. When I went to pick them up the employee that had helped me said oh I'm sorry Icouldn't find powdered sugar in the back. So basically he admitted to putting salt on them. That's ridiculous. We were on ourway someplace so after a while we decided to have a beignet open the bag and realized that there was nothing on the beignets. Nosugar, no powdered sugar. Really??? Sooo disappointed with this location. I didn't think to take pictures of them covered withsalt but did take a picture of them with nothing on the new order. Read more
Stopped in for meals for 4 people. I didn't want to carry 4 drinks. April was very helpful and suggested a gallon of tea or... lemonade. I didn't even know that was a thing. Excellent service, food was fresh and tasty. Very happy with my experience atthis location and will be returning. Read more
Always a long line at the drive thru. I brought my food home and the packaged butter was melted; when I opened it, it splattered... all over me. They had no original recipe chicken, so we settled with spicy, which wasn't bad. The food wasn't bad, but theexperience could have been better. Read more

Placed a pick up order at 5:54. When time came clicked on the 5 minutes away. Just two combos no drinks, wasn?t ready until... 6:40. However they seemed short staffed with not the best manager. Thought it was better to do a pickup vs. clogging up thedrive thru or in house. Yet those people all got their order before us.
