Well from what I gather opening at 10:30 is just an estimate Someone else posted about the staff. They are correct. I mean just... opened and I guess it?s a lack of motivation Hey the tea is great not too sweet at all Food was awesome if the people could gethalf way there the place would be great This is not typical of a firehouse subs restaurant so don?t skip them don?t skip thisplace either but The people could be a little more friendlier Over all good visit Well I?ve ate here a couple more timessince the review. Food was great, as usual.. drinks, not so much. Sweet tea was barely sweet, and I usually do ½ sweet. I actually questioned... if it was sweetened at all. Drink machine had 0, that's none, at all, drink options that weren't diet or zero. Read more

By far the worst Firehouse I?ve been to. I have had issues here before but today takes the cake, I get home with my food and... they forgot to put 80% of what I asked for on my sub. I go back and speak with one employee who was nice and helpful but shelooked at my receipt and asked if these items were supposed to be on the sub? I knew I was in trouble then, I told her yes andshe remade the sub, as soon as I get in the car I check it and she still forgot multiple things! I know these jobs aren?t forthe most qualified people but for $40 for 2 meals I?d expect at least for the order to be right after multiple tries. Whoeverowns this location should have a manager on staff everyday instead of a few college kids that don?t care about anything. Read more

I went there because I've been to the Highpoint one and it's always been great. This one is definitely not the same. The tuna... sub was super watery and my sub had no mayonnaise or cheese. It also had like 2 slices of turkey. I took a picture of it. Icalled there a couple times but it was a busy signal. I got busy and did call but because it was 5 days later the manager said Ihad to get there yesterday 8/22/22 if I wanted my sub replaced. I told him that I was calling for future reference so they couldimprove. I wasn't looking for a replacement. I really didn't want one either. I used to manage a place, and worked in my owncatering business and you definitely need correct fulfillment of orders. Read more
