I really don?t like to give 3 stars review but they really need to hire sone good employees , we order deliver on line and... after 45mins we have to call back to the store confirm again and was told one of them forgot our order. ???? Read more
When I came to pick up my order there was employees arguing in the front and they had forgot to make one of the pizzas. I waited... 20 minutes for them to make that missing pizza and when I got home it was incorrect. I called the store to ask for a refund onthat pizza and the manager came on the line, did not let me say anything, and said ?we can credit your account or remake the onepizza, but we will not be refunding or remaking your entire order? I let the manager know that I was not trying to get anythingfor free and that I did not appreciate her saying that. This was not my mistake and it was not fault they messed up the orderbut they were still rude to me while I was picking it up and again when I called. Not sure why they were so rude to me but it?svery disappointing when we order from that location all the time. Now I have a store credit for a location I don?t want tovisit. Read more
