This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been stayinghere for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed. We had the most fabulous time at HavanaCabana! My number one reason for choosing this over any others is for the dog friendly atmosphere. All of the staff were so kindand welcoming to me and my dog. The shuttle service was amazing! All of the drivers were beyond welcoming and professional. Ifelt safe on the shuttle and at the resort. The parking was safe and secure. We had a marvelous time at the Havana Cabana. Jody the manager was absolutely helpful made our stay so pleasant. Melissa was... also so responsive to any questions we had. The convenience of all stores being walking distance was a plus. Let me not forgetHubert his friendliness and assistance with any and everything we may needed. We absolutely loved our stay at the Havana Cabana. The lobby was very creative and tastefully done with the Cuban decor. We... were in room 116 which was right outside the pool and bar area, which was the perfect location when walking right outside ourdoor. Unlike other reviews I have read, our room was very clean and neat. My only complaint is that the shower did not getreal hot. The food was good and the bartender, Vadim was very nice. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. We woulddefinitely stay here again! Read more
