The Huddle House in Kilgore, Texas. What an experience. Our server Shawn was amazing. He listened and got every single detail... correct. The food quality is amazing and the whole staff was Top Tier. Gil the manager checked in on us and made sure we werealways taken care of. Also have to shout out the chef Jamal for cooking food that was delicious. Read more
Shawn gave me the best food and outstanding service with a smile! It was the loaded hashbrowns with sausage egg bacon and... gravy. Gil is the store manager and runs a very clean and organized restaurant. He is very knowledgeable about all the food andlas a lot of great experience! First time ever to any Huddle House. It was pretty good. Had the pattymelt. Was not overly impressed with the sandwich (it was... OK not great) the onion rings were very good. The restaurant was clean, I did see the staff sanitizing tables and chairs whenguests left. Staff was friendly and engaging. Food was prepared quickly and served hot. Easy in and out location. Well the food was not good now I don't know how many people can mess up an egg but they managed to do that the food that the... other people in the party have they didn't have a problem with it it was some of the breakfast bowls, we can have a problem withthis manager stormy my daughter was smoking a vape at the table nothing was said there's no signs nowhere this is the managerstormy came over and was very very rude about the vape I mean she didn't come over and say excuse me ma'am could you please putthat out we don't allow it she just came over and immediately started snapping so we had to report her for them because that wasnot very professional there was a better way to do it and then we pay for one of their new pancakes to go so I'm like $7 or 8dollars I don't remember how much it was then we did not get it we came home without it the last few experiences we've had therehas been like this so I don't know what they can do to improve it but they do need to do something to approve it and they doneed to put signs up so people know that there is no vaping at the tables are inside the restaurant. My husband and I had a late breakfast our server Jennifer was awesome and very friendly.
