Placed my order for curbside delivery since the line was decently long. Waited over 20 minutes from the time I placed my order... to have my order brought to me. Watched the drive thru line move efficiently. Could have gone thru the drive through line twiceas I waited for my food. If you are going to have curbside orders available it needs to be efficient. Food and service was great, but watch the line merge. They don't say who to follow anymore but have someone handing receipts and... directing the traffic, so a driver who was in a rush jumped the line and almost took off the front of my car. The employees that took your order and brought your order to your car greeted you with a smile (during this time it was hot... outside), they were very professional, organized, and communicated well with each other which made the line move fast andsmooth. The Killeen store closed for months to renovate/expand the drive thru lane. After re-opening the store, shortly after the second... lane was shut down and is never use. They have all vehicles merging into one lane after ordering (as the picture shows). Ittakes 30 minutes to get your food after ordering due to the long wait of merging the lanes.
