The chips and salsa were delicious. Lemonade fantastic! Charro beans great! Shredded beef burrito Fire! If any criticism it... would be the salsa verde could have used something more. Service was great. You can tell they take pride. Read more
Food is okay. Lacks flavor. Beef fajitas don't have that true charred flavor we prefer & the barbacoa tacos arent made with beef... cheek. The rough prickly texture has me assuming it's seem to be made with beef tongue instead. Menudo is a bit bland. Groundbeef enchiladas taste like mashed soy patty meat. Shrimp for the shrimp fajitas was decent. Read more
Another "this is my kind of place" review. I have a real heart for local fare. El Taco Jalisco is it. The food was excellent... excellent excellent. They also have off menu items on a board in the back. What it lacks in decor it makes up for in flavors. Iwill be back. Read more
