Paid 10.00 cover at door for 3 bands when we arrived at 10pm. We got 1 band who played all original songs. I would highly... recommend management/owners go over how to prepare mixed drinks with the bar staff. LIT watched her only give 1 shot, otherdrinks, not a single taste of spirits inside. Ordered a Hurricane and a Blue Hawaiian- she made the Hurricane blue as well. Whenasked to remake drinks that are $$- nothing but attitude. Ordered shots. Not a full shot. Overall the food is outstanding! The pizza- the freshly tossed dough that it was made with & the high quality ingredients used... to top the pizza made it delicious! The fried pickles & house made ranch gave me such satisfaction I could've eaten a doubleorder by myself! Read more
Jokers is definitely a joke when it comes to customer service. It?s already bad enough I am borderline deaf but the bar tender... was not customer friendly maybe it?s because I am African American or because I didn?t come in with non African American people.Either way there is a way to talk to people and communicate so customer don?t feel avoided. The atmosphere was pleasing and thefood was beyond amazing. Kudos to the cook because they made my palate go wild in a good way. The bottom line is we are ALLconsumers and our money is the same color. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT treat consumers differently because you feel like it. I won?tever return and I wouldn?t recommend to others but I will say to go orders on the food is all good for me. Read more

Updated Review: After dining here off and on for years and recommending this place. I will no longer be doing so. Ordered three... philly cheese steaks last night. Neither of them were seasoned or had cheese.... How do you miss putting cheese of threePhilly's? That baffles me seriously. Called today and spoke with a manager. Manager says no problem we'll replace the meals.Order three orders of wings later that evening and instead of three 12 pcs wings we only got two and then was told the rest ofthe wings are frozen. On a Monday night with football on and your out of wings by 8:20.... Last month I also stopped in forBrunch and football and ordered the Eggs Benedict. That was a mistake also. Best Philly Cheese Steak in Killeen area! Cookedwith fresh vegetables and tons of flavor. The bun wasn't soggy and falling apart either. The Fatboy Burger and fries were prettygood as well.
