This is the WORST pizza hut in killeen, don't order from here. They will either deliver your food freezing cold, messed up,... wrong, or not at all. Then wants you to pay for it still while taking their time to fix it. Read more
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered a Thin and Crispy and when I got it home, no more than 2 minute drive,... the pizza was thin and soggy. The toppings looked they were just thrown on the pizza. This location needs some serious helpstarting with the manager. WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM GOING!!! Read more
I ordered 2 hours before closing time, plenty of time to receive a pizza. Order was projected to be delivered within the hour.... My kids were super excited so we stayed up and waited only to be highly disappointed the pizza never came. I tried to call butphones were already down due to the store being closed at that time.
