How this place is still open baffles me. You wait 30-40 minutes minimum in the drive thru. YES, I said it, MINIMUM. They are the... most unorganized SLOW drive thru I've encountered in my LIFE. This has got to be the wrost Popeyes in the greater Central Texas area. You can order what you want, but they will give you what... they want. I ordered an 8 piece DARK and I got all white meat. I ordered a large mashed potatoes, a large red beans and riceand a large mac and cheese. I didn't get the mashed potatoes. So just be prepared to pay your good hard earned money on whateverthey want you to have. Not to mention, the customer service is non existent here at this place. I ordered online and was still made to come into the store to pick-up....what's the purpose of convenience? This store did not... get my order right and it was a chaotic atmosphere as usual. What a disappointment!! Ordered 8 pcs of all dark meat. One ?piece? was HALF OF A WING! (Not the drum!) Chicken was dry- like it... had been reheated in a microwave. I think I?m done with Popeyes. Second bad experience in two different states. Read more

would not come to this location if I didn?t drive for ubereats.
