The catering service was horrible. We had to bus our own tables and they did not provide trash cans when we had a party in their... Alamo room. The staff was nice but could have been more attentive to what was needed for a big party. The food was OK, themeatloaf was literally hard as a brick. Everyone was having a hard time cutting into it. I do not recommend this place at allunless you don't mind being left alone and not being provided with enough plates, drinks, silverware, trash cans and staff. Read more

The stay here was amazing the room was spotless and the staff was very kind and helpful the indoor pool and hot tub was... heavenly. Even though I went in November for my birthday it still felt great!!! The only thing is the room Tv's are a bitoutdated so you can't use hdmi or USB it's one of the old school box Tv's. So I just gave a 4 instead of 5 but everything elsewas amazingly awesome and great!! Read more

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's age is noticable especially in some areas. They are a pet friendly hotel. There is no... complementary breakfast however it is very close to some grocery stores. There is also shopping and food places nearby and easyaccess to the highway. We enjoyed swimming and the jacoozi. The gym was also nice enough to get a decent workout in. Read more

Our stay was POOR because as we got off of the elevator, the smell was the bunched, loose carpet in front of our room door was... over-whelming stinky. The carpet had an odor of mildew and staleness. The room was furnished with old beat-up chairs, eachchair was stained with paint marks or some kind of soiled discoloration. There was a used glass on the window sill above the airconditioner unit. There was a used white dirty disposal cup under the bed. Since trash was still in the room from perviousguest, the hotel staff failed to properly clean the room. We cleaned the room ourselves with our personal Clorox wipes. Ourroom was double occupancy but there was only four towels in the bathroom, two face towels & two full size bath towels. Asbedtime/shower time approached, I went down to the desk to ask for more towels, the desk clerk told me, the towels are beingwashed, we'll bring more towels to your room as soon as clean towels are available-we never got any more towels that night. Sothe next morning I went down again to the front desk & finally got more towels. We were booked to stay Friday & Saturday, weleft Saturday morning. This was an horrible experience, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Read more
