Been coming here almost every day for a few weeks. The food and drinks are always excellent. My favorites are the Pineapple Rum... Punch and the Banging Shrimp. The waitresses are extremely friendly and take the time to sit and talk with you. Would definitelyrecommend if you like pretty girls and great food. Read more
Ordered BEER-BATTERED FISH & CHIPS, some how the forgot the chips (French Fries). Waitresses never came over to check on us... after the food was brought out. I had to flag someone down to let them know I never got the chips. Then it was a like shedisappeared, even the staff was asking each other where she got to. Super poor service, fish was over fried to a dark nastycrunch. So I would say the food was not worth the price either. Sad, I was looking forward all week for a great meal anddining experience. First of all our waitress Stephanie was amazing, very friendly and made sure our food was cooked how we wanted it. The nachos... weren?t bad but needed more seasoning. Stephanie and her manager took care of it immediately and switched it out with thecalamari which was amazing. Our meals were excellent, cheesesteak was amazing and husband had the gaelic chicken was cookedperfectly needed just a tad of salt but that?s being picky. So I was very excited to order from the tilted kilt until my order was received and I was so disappointed and let down the... French onion soup that I had ordered I DID NOT GET ! evidently they did not have it in stock but per their website said they did. So potatoes soup was substituted which I do not like then next was the pretzel with cheese sauce the pretzels rock hard and acheese sauce is ice cold Big let down there. I never really thought there was a way to mess up a pretzel order but they sure didyou send a picture not my cheese is not even sliding down the cup because it's so ice cold then to top it off I ordered theBuffalo macaroni and cheese which was $15 in change you think I would get enough macaroni at least to cover the bottom of theplate it it looks like somebody ate half of it and left it not to mention the chicken's ice cold horrible horrible horrible Iwas dying for some good food was starving and boy did they not come through I paid 45 dollars for something I couldn't even giveto my dog . Saw an event play out where a belligerent guest was harassing the waitresses and poured ketchup on the table. One of the servers... asked the man to leave, and he did not pay his bill. The management wanted the waitress to pay for the food, at full retailcost, including all the extra drinks the managers wanted the waitresses to upsell him after they mentioned he was getting out ofcontrol. Can you imagine going to work and losing money? How about leadership that absolutely does not care about you? I knowthings like this happen; but it?s wrong. The restaurant doesn?t even actually pay them, and then tries to treat them like asalaried employee? Get real. Epic fail. Those girls are your only resource (we know it isn?t the amazing food) and you treatthem horribly. If it weren?t for a friend working there, I would literally never go there again just because of this. Read more
