I was extremely disappointed with this meal. The bartender was nice and the service was fine but the food itself was horrible.... The nachos basically had no cheese on them and the tiny amount was not even melted. We got the $18 burritos, one brisket and onepork. The quality of the food was shocking and was certainly not fresh and had no flavor. I use to cook at a restaurant and theburritos were clearly microwaved. One of burritos was made with 2 tortillas and inside the burrito was very little ingredientsand just the tortilla rolled into itself. We order house margaritas to start, and it was almost all ice, which is usual, but thesize of the glass was small and there was very little to no tequila in it. Not only was the food terrible, the prices in myopinion were outrageous. 1 nacho, 2 burritos, and 4 drinks was $106 (price of the meal, not including tip). I rarely leave badreviews as I would not want to hurt a business but I felt this review was necessary. Read more

I wanted to love this place based on the reviews I read but after visiting, I am shocked and very disappointed. The atmosphere... was nice and the hostess/bartender/waitress was lovely and welcoming, however, the food was not good. Maybe because I am from NYand have access to terrific Mexican food, but the salsa had no flavor and was made out of canned tomatoes (I often eat those outof a can so I know) - good salsa needs to be made fresh, with fresh tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, etc. Theguacamole was terrible... I know good guacamole and this again lacked all key flavors guac is supposed to have. We also orderedtacos and burrito and it was mediocre at best. Came out super fast so not freshly made... its like someone threw a frozen mealinto a microwave and then served it to me at triple the cost. I really hate writing bad reviews but if you are a someone lookingfor authentic, delicious Mexican food, this place is not it. Read more

YUM! If you're craving good food and drinks on a cold winter day, then definitely stop at Taco X. Our server was so nice and the... food was really good. I had the chicken enchiladas and my husband had a beef burrito. I couldn't finish my food, but it wasgreat as leftovers, too. Read more
