I like to sample veggie Pho in the valley and I have to say this bowl really impressed me. Cabbage and celery was a unique and... enjoyable contribution and I opted for the raw tofu that soaked up all the yummy broth so nicely. Our kids said the orangechicken was the best they've ever had- served with cucumber slices - what a delightful flavor pairing. Super pleased with ourvisit, we will be back and send some friends! Hidden gem! Portion size big & tasty. Location is in a small town. Big place though with lots of parking space. Their menu is... smaller. Their pho broth is so good, their chili oil is super spicy! This is by far the best pho place I've eaten at in my life. I've been to so many but I've never been compelled to write a review... like this. Th flavor was so full and savory. The beef pho is phenomenal and the orange chicken is nothing to scoff at. The crabwontons were so rich and creamy, the perfect balance to a spicy dish. Highly recommend it.
