Most of our order was good, but I ordered one of my usuals, passionfruit tea lemonade quencher and what I got was something that... resembles nothing of the ones I've ever ordered in the past. It's was a very dark yellow, almost orange and was bitter. I'mpretty sure they gave me passion fruit tea and forgot the lemonade. I'm a tea drinker on a regular basis - hot water and teabag, and I leave the tea bag in until I'm done drinking it, but this was almost undrinkable. It completely dried out your tongueand mouth, then left a bitter after taste after you swallowed it, so it still stayed around to haunt you. My mistake was takinga great big gulp of it right away, even though it's colour looked questionable. I even jokingly said to my son, wow, they madethis one strong....little did I know! I just went and looked on the app and looked up the store locations to order and saw thatwhat I usually order isn't even available at this store?!?!?! Then why when I asked (because I didn't see it on the drive thrumenu), if they still had the passionfruit tea lemonade quencher, would the person on drive thru answer with Yes we do, what sizewould you like? If you don't have it, say, you don't have it, don't say yes, then give me something completely different, hopingI won't notice. I usually just call the restaurant when they mess up, but this is becoming a weekly thing and again maybe it'smy fault to keep going back, but it's not like there are a lot of options in town and it's not like the other one doesn't makeit's fair share of mistakes either. the service is terrible. i payed extra for extra vanilla and i waited longer for my drink then my food. they rushed to make my... drink after having to ask and there was no vanilla. i also asked specificity for no and they put so many tomatoes it wasuneatable. Read more
There?s a reason why you pay them minimum wage it?s cause there is minimal work effort put in and that?s it. expect a 20 min... wait time for coffee during peak and none peak times. And if someone orders something other then a coffee. That creates evenbigger issues and longer wait times . Avoid if you can. It?s no better going inside they take your order and walk in circlestrying to find themselves. Read more
Waited 20 min. To get a beverage,there was a lady in front of me,which took 20. Min to get 4 coffee to go. There was not enough... trained staff at this location,the staff on site Saturday tried their best,but need more training. Read more
