Based on 1 drive-thru visit: A standard Dairy Queen, we got ice cream. Nice cashier.
I used the drive-thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburer (burger patty, cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato). Picked it up at the... window, drove off. Got it home and found it wasn't a bacon cheeseburger. It was 3 patties, 3 cheese slices and that's it. Nobacon, no lettuce or tomato, no condiments. It was a disgusting meat mess with melty cheese. Guess I'll be looking for anotherhamburger joint that knows how to make a bacon cheeseburger. DQ lost me forever. Read more
08/04/22 Not sure what was going on when my wife and walked through the door at around 6:45. Every employee that had been... behind the counter fled over to the drive up window. Not sure whatvwas going on, but for a few minutes one of thr employeesjust kept glancing our way. When someone did finally appear and ask us how they could help us, before we could respond, theyspent 2 minutes staring at whoever was over by the drive in window. Kinda rude. I'm all about having fun at work and beingbusy with a drive through window, but we were the only people inside just being watched by the employees like they didn't wantour service Hope the customer service improves.
