It was a bit odd, I mean, the service was slow, but the waiters always seemed confused about whatever we ordered. They'd sound... like as if we ordered something that was not from there. Also, the food, of course, is given to us raw and we have to cook themourselves. We followed each and every single instruction that was given to us, and the food NEVER came out cooked. The waiterswere the ones who set the temperature. I think it needed to be higher, but they are supposed to set it just right. But theynever cooked through on the times that were given to us, so it was a bit disgusting and disappointing. Also, we did not ordermuch, and the total came out to $300.00+ that's ridiculous for raw food! If we did not have to cook them ourselves, I'dunderstand, but giving it to us raw that way too high of a price. I'm very disappointed. The food, though, tasted good, and thedesert was good, too. I added some photos for that part. Just the price was a killer in my end. Read more

Very fun experience. Great for date nights or family time. The alpine cheese fondue was delicious. The Caesar salad was fresh.... Entree was the least exciting at least to me since everything kind of taste the same after sitting in the same base. The dippingsauces aren't the greatest either. The black and white fondue was great. The dark chocolate was not as bitter as I thought itwould be. Read more

My boyfriend and I chose the Melting Pot in KOP for our anniversary dinner and it was the perfect spot. The servers were... wonderful, informative and attentive. The restaurant was charming with dim lighting and mellow music. They decorated the tablewith things purchased by my boyfriend prior to our arrival. The food and cocktails are phenomenal. You really can't go wrongwith anything on the menu. Highly recommend this spot. ???? Read more

I loved the experience dinning at the fondue style eat-in. This is my time visiting this place and it’s a wholesome memorable... experience. Eddy helped us in understanding the menu and suggested us the right way to cook the main course and the sauces withwhich they go best on. I am not chocolate fan but after eating the chocolate sauce style dessert with them I became a fan of it.Overall loved this place. Thanks to my frnd for taking me here Read more

The place was nice. You have to cook your own food. A different concept, but not as bad as you think. They have a selection of... meats and cheese that you can try. And different cooking methods. Like i said, nice but too expensive for me. Read more
