Ordered two bowls to be picked up at 6pm. Got to the store at 5:55pm expecting to wait 5 minutes for my order to be ready.... Instead I waited until 6:10pm as customer after customer went through the line ahead of me and got their food. One family thatcame in after me had time to order, sit down and eat, and left before my order was made. I finally asked where my food was at6:15pm and they said they would get it started. Why wasn't it started when I ordered it?? I waited another 10 minutes while theycooked the food I had ordered because they ran out of it. Finally got my order at 6:25 and as an apology for waiting 30 minutesfor my order that was placed at 5:50, they gave me "extra" chicken. I'm not sure how much the normal amount of chicken is but itreally seemed like I got the normal amount. It didn't feel like I was offered anything extra to make up for waiting as long as Idid... The food was fine, but they really need to work on their mobile ordering system. Waiting 30 minutes while customers whocame in after me are served is rude and discourteous. Read more
I came in to the first time to this location and right away was impressed. It was very clean and not noisy. I ordered my food... which they had to make and I had to wait for. I didn't mind at all since my food was gonna be fresh. Boy was I notdisappointed. The food was delicious and fresh. This locations food tastes better than the one I visited at the Pinnacle inBristol. I eat there but more importantly I Door dash there and there are few poor restaurants in Kingsport but this is the closest run... to a military installation you can get (in all the best ways...orderly, professional, proper, finite). The ladies there are theutmost professionals and it shows as I'm there probably 120-150 times a month. BTW, we see when a customer has a problem withthe order....I've made over 5000 and probably by my data 500 trips there and I've had 1 issue a delivery had a complaint...justsaying Read more
