On a stop over in Kingston and we found this place. Location is a little spot in industrial area, inside was spotless the... owner/chef greeted us and we were treated to some of the best Chinese food we have had in a long time it was really really good!Would recommend this place to anyone going into or passing Kingston. We tried this place for the first time tonight. There's a shrimp and shellfish allergy in my house, and so we let them know... about that. They were so so kind about it, explaining what steps they could take but that there were no guarantees. When Ipicked up the food they reassured me of what steps they took. This is above and beyond service,I can't describe how much weappreciated it. And the food was so very good - chow mein reminded me a lot of food I've had in Hong Kong. WOW! Fantastic Asian cuisine! The red curry beef is THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE! Tender, velveted, succulent beef in... generous quantities, served with tender-crisp stir-fried veggies and the most delicious red curry sauce, balanced perfectly withjust the right amount of coconut milk. It is sweet and spicy and so very very delicious! The chicken pad thai was saucy anddelicious - different than what I had expected but very tasty. This restaurant was sparkling clean and the cook is an absolutemaster of his craft. I highly recommend this wonderful, unpretentious, delightful little gem to everyone. Yes, it is a bit outof the way and hidden in a rather non-descript industrial area, but do not let that deter you from some of the finest Asian foodyou will find anywhere. Call ahead to order because they get very busy at peak times (because their food is amazing). Trulyexcellent!
