I ordered a pizza online and accidentally put ?.com? rather than ?.ca? when inputting my email address. I assume the person who got the email receipt by mistake called the store to check what happened, and the store called and lectured me?quite rudely?for over 5 minutes. While I understand to an extent, it was an honest mistake and the phone call was excessive. I don?t think it?s good practice to lecture customers about something as innocuous as a misspelled email address. He claimed he had ?no way of contacting me about the order if the email was wrong,? but we were literally speaking on the phone. Probably will not be ordering from here again.
!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!! My boyfriend and me went in on may 27th at around 10pm his order came up to $23.60 and they charged him $29 to his card after stating the total and the guy crumpled up the receipt without giving it to him and lied about the total that was on the receipt when my boyfriend ask, it?s almost like the guy put in a $6 tip for himself. Also the pizza I received in the photo below is unacceptable. 0/10
For a pizza pizza it's pretty good. Very clean great seating. Extremely kind staff. And the food is exactly what you expect so no surprises. Overall a solid place to even sit down and have a bite right there.
Only order from pizza pizza if you like large pieces of plastic in your crust. Not a fan, personally, so I won?t be ordering from here again. We called which took us to a corporate number that was very dismissive and refused to put us through to the actual location.
Pizza was Delicious. Cheese pizza was mind blowing and vegetables pizza very delicious. I want to try it again.
I placed an order, for delivery, in the late evening but not so late that the restaurant would not have enough time to make and deliver this order of a single pizza in time to follow their time guarantee, or before the restaurant closed. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive (obviously longer than the time limit specified in their "time guarantee"). The company's policy states that my order is then free of charge. Now, not only did the delivery driver dispute my claim - even though I was quoting COMPANY POLICY! - She quickly moved my pizza away from me, tried to show me what time SHE had (saying that my clock/timing was wrong, and her clock/timing was correct and was showing that she had delivered within the time limit), but even according to HER time she was late! Not only were her claims DEAD WRONG, she was SHOCKINGLY RUDE throughout our entire encounter! Beginning with telling me flat out I was wrong and she was right, then refusing to honour company policy, being short with me, then interrupting me, raising her voice, telling me I cannot speak to the manager, just relentlessly repeating I was wrong and had to pay. FINALLY I got on the phone with a manager and was utterly BEWILDERED to hear him say it wasn't her fault because she was only a trainee!! The "Time Guarantee" part of the company policy DOES NOT except 'the delivery driver being a trainee'. Things continued to escalate even further if you can believe it, but I can say with complete honesty that SHE was definitely the worst delivery driver I've ever met or heard of, and THE MANAGER was completely useless, broke protocol, and made for a HELLISH representation of the PIZZA PIZZA franchise. Neither myself nor my family with ever eat there again.
Any day pizza is pizza-pizza. It?s the only place I?d go to. Been to 3 provinces and pizza-pizza has the same taste, same flavors, and got my user profile updated so don?t have to bother about likes-dislikes. This place has great staff, awesome offers and quick service time. I?d like to particularly thank the girl on the counter who helped with my order, was nice and friendly. Great convo!
I dont like the attitude of the lady at cash counter. She always makes me feel like she is doing some kind of favour to me by making pizza. If you are the owner or manager, you know exactly whom I am talking about. Last time, i ordered a regular dough, and they make thin crust. See pictures. I don't know whats wrong with that employee. I will not order from this place again.
