Tonight I had your poutine and it was the worst I ever had. It was shoestring ???? and not enough gravy to melt cheese. I don't... think the fries were even all the way. Purchased the spicy plant based chik?n sandwich in October 2021and they gave me a real chicken sandwich with dairy that made me... sick and compensated me $20. By far the worst customer experience I have received. No regard for the customer and the guy at the counter with glasses was so... rude and arrogant I had to walk out of the store. We went to the store, took our time to decide what we wanted and even letanother customer behind us go ahead to place his order. Once we were ready, we went ahead and told him what we wanted and mywife probably said urmm once and he already lost his patience. And told us we have to be quick and cannot let the person behindus waiting.second instance we said exactly what was written on the menu board , but he heard it wrong and was rude again,when wecorrected him. Third, the card machine was not working and then he could take his time to get another machine . So I suggested ,these are the things the shop can get sorted that things are quick and not the employee forcing customer to order quick. He thensaid we were rude to say that. We decided to cancel the order and he just slammed our card on the counter. Absolutely no respecttowards the customer. Will never go this place and will never recommend this branch to anyone.
