Just waited 20min for a cappuccino. While the drive through kept flowing. Not worth the wait.
I ordered lactose free milk and later on realized it was not lactose free milk. I called to let them know, and the manager told... me they have lactose free milk, her baristas always use it. That there is a bug going around it?s probably that and there?s notmuch she can do , thanks Jordan! Glad I?m lactose intolerant and not vegan/ worse. Worst customer service ever, pretty muchcalled me a liar. Read more

Great staff, great coffee. Always Extremely slow. The worst parking in kingston. They need signs so people understand the lanes.
