I ordered a craveable roast beef. Someone forgot to put the sauce in it. No matter which Tim Hortons I go to this sandwich is... not the same. Recent purchase of a cravable roast beef sandwich..the bin was tough. Too hungry and the drive through was toolong or I would have returned it. Also in drive through I have ended up with a different donut than what I ordered. Read more

Do not eat the soup here, my friend who works there told me of the abysmal and appalling standards. They cook the soup in the... soup well over a course of four hours, instead of the oven. I have also witnessed the Manager reprimanding staff in front ofcustomers and she was rude to me. The cold brew, iced coffee and lemonade spigots do not get cleaned and are covered in moldand slime as well. Read more

This is really unfortunate that this is the second time in a row something like this has happened. First, after charging me for... chipotle dipping sauce, there was none. Secondly, I got a BLT with no lettuce, not even one bit. 2 small slices of tomato and nolettuce. Lastly, while at the window, the worker hands me one drink and the food bags. I had ordered 2 drinks. She stood thereand argued she had handed me 2 even though she could see the cup holders in my vehicle and only one had a drink. Read more

This Tim Hortons has to be the worse. Everytime I drive-thru there, they can never get my order right. How hard is it? Wasn't... even busy and still can't get it right. Had many unhappy experiences there. Will not go back. Read more

My go to Tims. The staff are really sweet but I usually go into the store to order so I can be really clear on and enunciate my... order or their invariably some mistakes. I go into teacher mode but ordering must be stressful for both customers and counterstaff due to occasional challenges with english. Read more
