Food is good but the service, not so much. I ordered 8pc with family okra and fries. We waited about 10 minutes. We got our food... and no okra. So we asked "where's the okra?" She said I didn't charge you for it. Well, we ordered it. She said there's a lineof cars. So go around and go through again to order it. So in order for us to get what we ordered, we would need to go throughthe whole process again. SMH So it was a toss up, cold chicken or hot okra. So needless to say, that will be our last (this wasour first) visit to Chicken Express. Thanks, but I'll pass. -1 star for time -1 star for prices -1 star for service We paid $34for our partial order. Read more
I have never had a bad experience until today. I went during lunch and when I got back to work to get ready to eat. My chicken... looked old and was cold and my roll was too. My tea had no ice and was warm. If I had more time during lunch I would have takenmy food back and got a refund. Read more
Don?t want to go back! First of all we waited a very long time at the window for our food as well when we got our food we were... NOT impressed. I order a biscuit and received a pathetic piece of a roll . In the box I didn?t even get a liner for my food andlooks very unappetizing. The staff was sloppy and lazy with our food.
