Ordered with door dash and i was missing 1 of 3 items from the ultimate smokehouse combo. I called the restaurant and explained... that to them. The young man on the phone told his manager, Troy O, and they tried to blame it on door dash. Then he said todrive across town to get the missing item. Had i of done that, the rest of my order would have been cold. I asked if i took themmy order, if they would remake the whole order. Thats when Troy O got on the phone and denied my request. So i asked for thedifference to be refunded to my card. I gave Troy the last 4 digits of my debit card and he confirmed my purchase. He said iwould receive a refund in a few days.
