The food is what you?d expect of a chain wing restaurant. The largest negative is lack of proper service. When handed my sealed... order, the cashier recited my order to me and when I asked if they also had my extras in there, she confirmed it. However, Iarrived home to open the bag and find then my order was incomplete. If they?d leave the singing and dancing to the professionalsand focus on the job at hand it?d probably yield a better result. Read more

Ordered a 15 piece to split between my husband and myself. Got home and we were missing a couple. Usually I wouldn?t mind, but... wingstop is a little pricey so I figured I?d just call and see if they were able to make the missing couple so i could run backup and grab them. Instead, the woman on the phone told me she made my order and that she put all of them in there and had kindof a bad attitude. I get it was only a couple, and i?m sure they probably get calls like this every now and then for free wings,but it was just pretty aggravating the way it was handled. We don?t even have any seasoning on our fries lol. Oh well, wasn?t along wait time for once so I guess that was the compromise. Read more
