We have tried this brisket twice. The first time which was about a month ago was just so so. We decided to give it another try... yesterday. We asked for moist. When we got home and tasted it the meat was very oily looking which would have been ok if therewas any flavor to it at all. But it was completely tasteless. No smoke flavor or any kind of seasoning at all. It was as if theyjust took a brisket out of the wrapper without any seasoning on it at all and cooked it over a fire with no wood to give it asmoke flavor. I took 2 bites and felt sick to my stomach. The pulled pork was just a little tough but it was good. The brisket was great! The beans and Mac n cheese? Killa good.
Great brisket, moist and a crispy but slightly sticky, flavorful bark. Pork belly burnt ends are delicious! The chicken is not... pictured here, but I got some to go and it was very good. If you are within driving distance of Kingwood and want a BBQ fix,this is the place. Read more

My only complaint is they're sold out by dinner time :) This is the best BBQ in Kingwood by far. Easily up there with my other... Houston Favorites Gatlins and Truth BBQ.
