While the food and cleanliness is fine, this location seems to have an issue with keeping honey mustard in stock. We stop here... on road trips to the beach, and this is the second time in probably six months that they've been out of honey mustard. Maybeit's a supply chain issue, but it's a staple of the Bojangles experience (in my opinion) and a strange thing to run out of! Read more
If you go to this location later in the evening you better pack your own dinner. I circled around the building 4 times because... nobody in the drive-through would pick up my order. I pulled up to the cash register window and everyone was busy cleaning up toleave for the night and I was totally ignored. This is not the 1st time this has happened. This change just seems to progressively worse. The service is so unfriendly - seems they're pushing you thru as fast as they... can without ANY attention to detail, like when you've specially order something which deviates from their usual! There are two kinds of Bojangles in North Carolina. The REAL ones that serve Dr Pepper & Cheddar Bos and then there are what I... guess are franchises that don't sell Dr pepper or cheddar Bos )why even be Bojangles without cheddars Bo??) This was the first time I?ve ever eaten at a Bojangles. It?s a busy lunch spot but the line cooks inside are super efficient and... friendly. The chicken sandwich had a nice sized chicken piece in it and went well with the coleslaw. Would recommend if lookingfor a quick lunch stop on the road. Read more
